SHIPPING

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship orders via UPS or Unites States Postal Service depending on the location of the shipment and the weight of the package.

An accurate shipping address is required, we will not be responsible for inaccessible or lost packages delivered to the shipping address that the customer provides.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

Orders are usually processed for shipment within 1 business day (we don’t ship on weekends and holidays). Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information. Depending on where you are in the US, the average transit time is 2-4 days but please keep in mind the potential issues seen in the past 24 months due to covid-19 related issues with UPS and USPS that are out of our control.

SHIPPING RATE

All United States orders will be free shipping (excludes U.S. Territories). Expedited shipping rate differs from item to item, please check the final rate at the checkout page.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping.

 

RETURNS

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at support@drinkketoneskd.com to obtain a return shipping label. After receiving a return shipping label, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to us.

30 DAYS TO RETURN

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We accept returns if the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. Contact us at support@drinkketoneskd.com within 30 days from the order date, we will send you a return label to ship the defective products back to us, we will cover the shipping cost.

RETURN FOR CUSTOMER REMORSE

If you purchased the wrong product or you no longer want the item, we only accept returns if the product is in new and unused condition. Contact us at support@drinkketoneskd.com within 30 days from the order date, we will send you a return label to ship the defective products back to us, we will cover the shipping cost.

REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@drinkketoneskd.com

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, send us an email at support@drinkketoneskd.com

CHANGING/CANCELLING ORDERS:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Please double-check your shopping cart before checking out to be sure it is correct. We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel orders. Many are shipped the same business day, and once an order is shipped it cannot be canceled. If an order is not shipped, please contact us at support@drinkketoneskd.com to cancel the order.
